How to specify a landscape edging package

Define the profile, height, finish, and length for each edge condition, with the fixing detail and the substrate it runs against, plus quantities and project location. Note where custom profiles are needed. TycoonX selects edging against the specification and confirms options against it.

Choosing metals and finishes for Saudi conditions

Central-region projects are driven by heat and UV; coastal and western-region projects add salt-air corrosion. Corrosion-appropriate grades — stainless, hot-dip galvanised, and high-spec coated options — are selected for the exposure, confirmed per project against the supplier system.

Tree anchoring and root management

New and semi-mature trees are anchored by above-ground guying or below-grade root-ball systems; root barriers protect adjacent paving and services. Structural-soil and root-cell systems are supplied where engineered rooting volume is specified.

Geosynthetics and ground reinforcement

Geotextiles, geogrids, geocells, and grass or gravel reinforcement are selected to the specified grade with the test data the ground-preparation specification requires (for example tensile and permittivity values).
