TycoonX Product Divisions

A Saudi-based project supply and coordination platform for outdoor, urban, and architectural environments. Nine product divisions, each with a defined commercial role — routed through the platform's operating chain Source → Supply → Fabricate → Install scope-by-scope.

TycoonX runs nine product divisions: Urban Furniture & Streetscape; Play & Active Outdoor; Landscape & Ground Systems; Shade & Outdoor Structures; Drainage & Water Management; Outdoor Living & Hospitality; Architectural Cable & Net Systems; Outdoor Flooring & Surfacing; and Façade & Architectural Cladding. Each carries a defined commercial role and routes through the platform's operating chain Source → Supply → Fabricate → Install scope-by-scope.

The nine-division portfolio

The nine divisions are listed below in their architectural order — D1 through D9 — each with its commercial role, a concise summary, lead products, primary project-use environments, and a link to the division page.

Division role guide

The nine divisions help visitors route a project requirement to the right product family and support path:

  • Urban Furniture & Streetscape — benches, planters, bollards, picnic tables, art seaters, bike racks, bins, and related public-realm site elements.
  • Play & Active Outdoor — playground systems, slide systems, water play, inclusive play, and outdoor fitness products.
  • Landscape & Ground Systems — edging, tree anchors, tree grates, and landscape ground-infrastructure products.
  • Shade & Outdoor Structures — pergolas, gazebos, tensile shade, shade sails, walkway covers, parking shade, and outdoor shelter products.
  • Drainage & Water Management — drain grates, manhole covers, drain channel systems, raised pedestals, and rainwater-management products.
  • Outdoor Living & Hospitality — BBQ stations, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, pool deck furniture, and hospitality outdoor products.
  • Architectural Cable & Net Systems — cable railing, stainless-steel mesh, wire-rope systems, tensioned net systems, and bird-exclusion products.
  • Outdoor Flooring & Surfacing — WPC decking, EPDM safety surfacing, composite deck tiles, raised pedestal decks, and athletic surfacing.
  • Façade & Architectural Cladding — GFRC, UHPC, GRP, ACP/ACM, CNC-cut cladding, façade screens, and perforated mashrabiya panels.

How the divisions sit inside the TycoonX operating chain

The platform's operating chain is Source → Supply → Fabricate → Install, applied scope-by-scope rather than as a single doctrine applied to every project.

  • Source. The Special Sourcing Desk handles non-standard, equivalent-product, or hard-to-find specification intake against a published response standard. Sourcing across China, the GCC, and selected international markets routes through the partner network where the manufacturer-finished product is what the specification calls for.
  • Supply. Qualified product is supplied into the project against the consultant specification, with supplier documentation, sample submittals, and origin documentation. Supply is the chain step every division operates.
  • Fabricate. Where a specification calls for it, fabrication and product adaptation are coordinated through qualified fabrication routes and the partner network — scope review, samples, shop drawings, and finishes, confirmed project by project.
  • Install. Installation or installation supervision is provided where the project scope includes it, coordinated with the project's appointed contractor.

Every scope is routed through whichever steps of the chain the project specification calls for, confirmed project by project.

Specialist-brand structure

TycoonX operates a specialist-brand graduation pattern: capabilities incubated and stress-tested inside the platform's divisions may, over time, graduate into focused specialist brands when scale, focus, audience clarity, supply-chain depth, fabrication capability, and brand readiness all align.

VIVITECT — A TycoonX-specialist brand is the first specialist brand under this pattern — an Engineered Feature Systems specialist brand that has graduated from a TycoonX capability into a focused, separately-housed brand on its own domain. The Brands hub describes the graduation pattern as the primary reference; the VIVITECT brand page is the routing-only surface that points to the VIVITECT-branded site. The VIVITECT brand page routes to the VIVITECT-branded site, where its product detail and project work live.

See the specialist-brand incubation pattern on the Brands hub.

How the Special Sourcing Desk supports every division

The TycoonX Special Sourcing Desk operates across every division on this landing. It is the structured intake channel for non-standard, equivalent-product, hybrid, hard-to-find, or fabrication-led specifications — the requests that fall outside the standard division product set any individual division operates against.

The Sourcing Desk's published response standard:

  • Acknowledgment within two business days, with case officer assignment within two business days.
  • Response within four to five business days.
  • One of three outcomes: (a) sourced product — product, price, delivery; (b) fabrication, engineering, or product-adaptation proposal; or (c) practical alternative recommendation where another route better serves the requirement.

The intake channel is the same across all nine divisions. A specification submitted into the Sourcing Desk is routed to the relevant division and to fabrication and product adaptation where fabrication is required. Submit a specification to the Special Sourcing Desk.

  • Which divisions have fabrication coordination requirements?

Landscape & Ground Systems and Façade & Architectural Cladding frequently require fabrication coordination, supplier documentation, sample routing, finish references, and project-specific production planning. Landscape scope includes aluminum edging, steel / Corten edging variants, tree anchor systems, and tree grates. Façade scope includes GRC, GRP, UHPC panels, metal architectural screens, perforated metal panels, and decorative façade panels.

  • How do the divisions connect to the Special Sourcing Desk?

The Special Sourcing Desk operates across every division. It is the structured intake channel for non-standard, equivalent-product, hybrid, hard-to-find, or fabrication-led specifications that fall outside the standard division product set any individual division operates against.
