What TycoonX Does for a Saudi Project

TycoonX is a Saudi project supply platform for outdoor, urban, landscape, hospitality, infrastructure, and architectural product categories. Six capabilities, applied across nine product divisions along the operating chain Source, Supply, Fabricate, Install, according to project scope.

TycoonX provides six capabilities for Saudi projects: project supply across nine product divisions; the Special Sourcing Desk for hard-to-find specifications; documentation and approval support for the project record; project coordination against the master programme; fabrication and product adaptation through qualified routes; and a partner network with specialist brands. A project team brings a specification or a requirement, and TycoonX routes it to the right capability and supplies, documents, and delivers to project scope.

Operating chain. Source, Supply, Fabricate, Install. TycoonX sources specified products, supplies them through qualified channels, provides coordinated fabrication and product adaptation where the project requires it, and installs or coordinates installation where included in the agreed project scope. The chain is applied according to documented project requirements.

1 — Project Supply

Project Supply is the platform's core capability: project-grade sourcing, specification engagement, supply chain operation, documentation, and delivery across the nine product divisions. The work is structured around the project specification rather than a fixed catalogue. On a typical project it runs:

  • Sourcing through qualified manufacturer and supplier routes across China, Europe, North America, the GCC, and selected international markets, depending on product category, documentation quality, project suitability, lead time, technical support, and commercial fit.
  • Specification engagement at consultant level: interpreting the specification, matching suitable products, agreeing equivalents where the specification permits, and producing the technical comparison that supports the consultant's decision.
  • Supply chain operation: manufacturer relationships, sample management, production scheduling, international logistics where applicable, customs and inspection, and Saudi-side handover to the project site.
  • Documentation: specification packs, certificates, test reports, warranties, and the project-record paperwork a Saudi project expects.
  • Delivery: programme-aligned scheduling, sequencing, and on-site coordination.

The work is specification-matched and project-documented; the scope is defined by what the project requires.

2 — Special Sourcing Desk

The Special Sourcing Desk is a structured service for hard-to-find or off-catalogue specifications that fall outside the standard division product set. It runs on a published response standard: acknowledgment within two business days, case officer assignment within two business days, and a response within four to five business days with one of three defined outcomes (a sourced product, a fabrication or engineering proposal, or a practical alternative recommendation). The dedicated page carries the full process and routes cases through Contact.

3 — Documentation & Approval Support

Documentation and approval support turns a supplied product into an approvable submittal and a sound project record. TycoonX assembles and coordinates:

  • Datasheets and product technical documentation.
  • Certificates and material certificates where the specification calls for them.
  • Test reports and compliance evidence (fire, structural, or environmental, as applicable).
  • Warranties and maintenance notes.
  • Method statements where installation scope is included.
  • Technical comparison sheets for equivalent-product decisions.
  • Submittal and approval support: assembling the submittal package and responding to consultant comments through the approval workflow.
  • Project-record documentation: the standing paperwork the project owner, consultant, and main contractor expect.

The approval decision rests with the consultant and the project owner; TycoonX makes the submittal responsive, complete, and easy to approve.

4 — Project Coordination

Project Coordination is programme-aware coordination of supply and delivery, covering the work between order accepted and site handover complete:

  • Programme-aligned scheduling: supply, fabrication support, and delivery sequenced to the master programme.
  • Approval workflow support: consultant submission, comment cycles, approval-in-principle, and formal approval routes.
  • Supply coordination: manufacturer relationships, samples, production scheduling, logistics, customs and inspection, and Saudi-side handover.
  • Site coordination: with the main contractor, installer, and consultant, where the scope includes it.
  • Installation supervision or coordination, where the scope includes it.

Coordination is tied to the supplied product scope and the documented project requirements.

5 — Fabrication & Product Adaptation

Where a project requires it, TycoonX coordinates project-specific fabrication and product adaptation: scope review, material and finish selection, samples and mock-ups, shop drawings, finishes, supplier and fabricator coordination, and delivery support. This covers architectural cladding, cable and net systems, structural and architectural metalwork, GRC and GRP elements, and specialist outdoor products. Fabrication scope is confirmed project by project and supported through qualified fabrication routes. The detailed categories are set out on the Fabrication page.

6 — Partner Network & Specialist Brands

The partner network connects manufacturers, specialist suppliers, OEM-capable producers, selected product brands, and specialist fabrication partners into the platform, and is also where specialist brands graduate from established divisions.

TycoonX evaluates partners for product fit, documentation, quality, and Saudi project relevance, and may discuss project-supply, distribution, representation, or supplier-partner arrangements where these are suitable, subject to a separate written agreement. VIVITECT is the first specialist brand graduated from the platform and operates with its own commercial identity at vivitect.com; further specialist brands may be introduced when commercially ready.

Strategic extension: Made in Saudi

The capabilities also feed a longer-term direction.

Project supply, fabrication and product adaptation, partner evaluation, and repeat product demand together give TycoonX a clear reading of which product families recur on Saudi projects and which could be produced in the Kingdom over time. That evidence informs the TycoonX Made in Saudi product-development direction: a phased, evidence-led intent to move selected product families toward Saudi-side production as the demand and the partner base support it.

Made in Saudi is a strategic extension of the capabilities and a commercial direction. The Made in Saudi page carries the direction in full.
