1 — Project Supply

• Documentation: specification packs, certificates, test reports, warranties, and the project-record paperwork a Saudi project expects.
• Delivery: programme-aligned scheduling, sequencing, and on-site coordination.

2 — Special Sourcing Desk

The Special Sourcing Desk is a structured service for hard-to-find or off-catalogue specifications that fall outside the standard division product set. It runs on a published response standard: acknowledgment within two business days, case officer assignment within two business days, and a response within four to five business days with one of three defined outcomes (a sourced product, a fabrication or engineering proposal, or a practical alternative recommendation). 3 — Documentation & Approval Support

Documentation and approval support turns a supplied product into an approvable submittal and a sound project record. TycoonX assembles and coordinates:

• Datasheets and product technical documentation.
• Certificates and material certificates where the specification calls for them.
• Test reports and compliance evidence (fire, structural, or environmental, as applicable).
• Warranties and maintenance notes.
• Method statements where installation scope is included.
• Technical comparison sheets for equivalent-product decisions.
• Submittal and approval support: assembling the submittal package and responding to consultant comments through the approval workflow.
• Project-record documentation: the standing paperwork the project owner, consultant, and main contractor expect.

4 — Project Coordination

Project Coordination is programme-aware coordination of supply and delivery, covering the work between order accepted and site handover complete:

• Programme-aligned scheduling: supply, fabrication support, and delivery sequenced to the master programme.
• Approval workflow support: consultant submission, comment cycles, approval-in-principle, and formal approval routes.
• Supply coordination: manufacturer relationships, samples, production scheduling, logistics, customs and inspection, and Saudi-side handover.
• Site coordination: with the main contractor, installer, and consultant, where the scope includes it.
• Installation supervision or coordination, where the scope includes it.

Coordination is tied to the supplied product scope and the documented project requirements.

5 — Fabrication & Product Adaptation

Where a project requires it, TycoonX coordinates project-specific fabrication and product adaptation: scope review, material and finish selection, samples and mock-ups, shop drawings, finishes, supplier and fabricator coordination, and delivery support. 6 — Partner Network & Specialist Brands

The partner network connects manufacturers, specialist suppliers, OEM-capable producers, selected product brands, and specialist fabrication partners into the platform, and is also where specialist brands graduate from established divisions.

TycoonX evaluates partners for product fit, documentation, quality, and Saudi project relevance, and may discuss project-supply, distribution, representation, or supplier-partner arrangements where these are suitable, subject to a separate written agreement. VIVITECT is the first specialist brand graduated from the platform and operates with its own commercial identity at vivitect.com; further specialist brands may be introduced when commercially ready.

What coordinated fabrication support covers

• Scope review. Project scope, specification, drawings, and finish requirements are reviewed against what the fabrication scope requires.
• Material and finish selection. Material, finish, and technical requirements are confirmed per project across metal, aluminium, stainless, screens, and architectural elements.
• Samples and shop drawings. Samples, mock-ups, and shop-drawing coordination support consultant review and approval.
